19/04/2016  The April newsletter is now online. Happy reading.

Do not forget, next Sunday 24th of April, the Shipwrecks classic is on. Start no later than 1.30 pm  so adjust your watch and start practicing your running as this is a Le Mans style start. If the weather is as good as last week it will be another highlight of the sailing season.

08/04/2016  The new Duty officer  roster is online. Check it and book the date in your diary. Also don't forget, the Commodore's coktail is back on the 16th of April.

There is sailing every week end until the end of the season, join in for a race or two. We still start at 2pm, plenty of time to have a sleep in.

28/2/2016  We have updated the latest club championship results. Have a look, come and race, climb the ladder ...

14/02/2016 The  new duty roster is out. Check in the members section

Duty officer is an important role both on Saturday and Sunday. If you are unable to attend please try to swap. The duty officer on a race day is also our on-shore security.

Next week is the Finn's State Titles. HSC is the hostying club and it is a good opportunity to showcase our club. Come down to help or just visit

and say hello to the awesome Finn sailors...

22/12/2015 The December newsletter is in the Member's section. Time to plan the remaining of your sailing season. The club is looking for volunteers to help organise the Finn's state championship at the end of February. All welcome, we need many hands to make this event one that they will not forget. We are back racing on the 10th of January but the Christmas period is perfect for casual sailing and taking the kids on the water. What a bout a picnic at Half Moon bay? Happy and safe festive season to all.

30/10/2015  The October newsletter is now online in the members' section. There is racing this Sunday, aggregate race, weather permitting. Last week was a bit too windy. The 70th Birthday party was a hit and it was great to see all members  at the club to celebrate. We are trying to put the races on the website calendar but have encountered some technical problems... so check the newsletter, including the race management roster.

7/10/2015 The Opening Day was held last Sunday in perfect weather conditions.  Four Sprint Series races were conducted with 9 participating boats.  “70th Birthday” trophies were awarded to the three fastest boats according to personal handicap.  Congratulations go to the winner – Neil Watson.
